What is the ‘Safest’ Airline?

In lieu of recent airline issues and accidents, we thought it would be a good idea to talk about the airlines that are known to be the safest all-around airlines to fly. Here are the three safest airlines of the past thirty years:

1. The safest airline to fly on in the U.S. is JetBlue Airways. They have had 0 fatalities since 1983 and their last hull loss was in 2001. The New York-based airline is widely popular on the eastern United States and is widely known for their great customer service.

2. The second safest airline to fly on in the U.S. is Southwest Airlines. They have had 0 fatalities since 1983 and their last hull loss was in 2001. Southwest Airlines is a major U.S. airline and the world's largest low-cost carrier, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. They are also widely known for great customer service.

3. The third safest airline to fly on in the U.S. is Delta Air lines. They have had 147 fatalities since 1983 and their last hull loss was in 1990. Delta Air Lines, Inc., operating as Delta Air Lines, is a major United States airline headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States.

In a certain twist of fate, all three airlines have generally positive reviews for customer service. Whether this plays directly into their safety record is a mystery, but it isn’t surprising that these three airlines have a great safety record along with great customer service. We understand how frustrating airplane travel can be at FLL Park Safe and picking the right airline for you and your family can play a huge role in travel morale.
